I met Sister Faith, the Director of Teengress, during a church program and was so inspired that I reached out to connect with her. When I learned about the foundation, I immediately asked to volunteer—and she welcomed me in.

I joined Teengress because of the growing challenges teenagers face today—especially around sexual immorality and a lack of understanding about their identity and purpose in God. Many young people need guidance, and at Teengress, we’re committed to helping them discover God’s love, understand their bodies, and build self-respect.

I joined Teengress when I learned that we would be visiting secondary school students for purpose discovery. It has truly been a great journey. One thing I’ve learned is that no matter how little information these students receive, it impacts them significantly. You often hear from people who recognize you on the street, even if you don’t remember them. They’ll shout, “Oh, we remember you! You came to our school once.” And when you’re leaving, they say, “Oh, please can you come and visit us again?” This really makes you realize that no matter how small, this information and knowledge impact the lives of these children.
