Teengress Development Foundation

Teengress Development Foundation is a registered faith-based nonprofit empowering teenagers in underserved communities through mentorship, purpose discovery, and life skills. The name 'Teengress' is formed from the summation of two words; 'Teenager' and 'Progress'. The organization has impacted over 5,000 students through initiatives like the Alagbado Secondary School Outreach and Achieve Greatness Mentorship Program, promoting self-awareness, leadership, and career readiness. Teengress drives change through school-based interventions aligned with SDGs 4, 5, and 8.

Our Approach

We work with schools, communities, volunteers, and partners to deliver in-school mentorship sessions, purpose discovery campaigns and leadership development programs. Through both one-time engagements and long-term mentorship models, we ensure that no teenager is left behind in the journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Our Impact

8,000+ teenagers impacted through school outreaches and mentorship campaigns (2020–2025).

850+ students mentored through the Achieve Greatness 6-week in-school program (2024).

5,000+ students reached via Alagbado School Outreach across nearly 50 schools (2023).

50+ trained volunteers and facilitators mobilized across states.

Established partnerships with schools, churches, and community organizations.

The mentorship program helped me clarify the career path that is best for me. I have been able to conduct research regarding this career path and have learned to value my time.
