At Teengress Development Foundation, everything we do is driven by our commitment to ignite purpose, empower teenagers, and enable lasting change. We run dynamic, structured programs designed to meet the holistic needs of young people — spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, and socially.
Here’s a closer look at our key initiative arms:
Our faith-based arm focuses on building strong spiritual foundations and values in teenagers. We create safe spaces for teens to explore their identity in God, grow in faith, and embrace purposeful living.
Key Programs:
Quarterly Spiritual Growth Meetings: Held on the last Sunday of every quarter, this year’s series – Change Agents: Breaking Generational Barriers; equips teens with spiritual insight and courage to live boldly for God.
Alagbado Teens Fire Conference: An annual revival gathering for teenagers in Alagbado and surrounding communities. Teens experience worship, teaching, and spiritual mentoring in a vibrant, life-changing atmosphere.
We bring direct mentorship and purpose education to secondary schools through one-time, impactful outreach sessions that spark clarity, vision, and confidence in students.
Key Projects:
Alagbado School Outreach (2023): Reached over 5,000 students in 50 schools across Lagos and Ogun States, laying the foundation for future outreach work.
Project Purpose 300 (2025): Our flagship initiative reaching 30,000 students in 300 secondary schools across Lagos with purpose discovery, leadership training, career awareness, and SDG exposure.
We use globally recognized days to raise awareness, spark action, and engage teens in conversations that matter.
Recent Highlights:
Inspire Girls Forum (IWD 2024): A vibrant, empowering event for teenage girls on self-worth, leadership, and vision.
Visit to Idi Araba Girls Correctional Center (IWD 2025): A heartfelt outreach that offered mentorship, encouragement, and support to incarcerated girls.

The Growth Hub is a school-based mentorship club that runs once a month for six months, offering students consistent exposure to leadership, personal development, career planning, and life skills. It bridges the gap between one-time outreach and ongoing transformation by connecting teens with trained mentors and structured content over time.
